Stroke is a very nasty health issue to happen to one’s life. You may stay alive but can remain paralysed for life. It is not only horrible thing to happen to a victim but also to people that love/surround him/her.

The cause of stroke for my Mom is her high blood pressure. She was on a regular high blood pressure medication but maybe by then she needs a stronger dosage. She visits her doctor regularly though.
