This nutrient is made by plants in their process to fight of uninvited guests. Even though scientists in Japan make the chemical version of it, which is what we buy as over the counter resveratrol supplements. Resveratrol has the potential to give you a healthier liver and keep your weight under control. Well at least that is what has been stated by health experts. Who are we to argue, they should know.
